Next Generation Provider (NGP) provides one stop solution in delivery and maintenance of Fibre Optic Infrastructure Networks.
We have a pool of specific Operation Project, Technical Manager and Site Engineers/Supervisors experienced in deployment of long hauled networks installation including new networks implementation for a diverse range of clients.
Our Fibre Optic Network Services include the following:
One-stop provided solution and time management in project design cycles.
Provision of consultancy services in infrastructure networks design in considering factor in route feasible for branching, diversity consideration, cost effectiveness and time saving programme.
NGP provides one stop services for Telco Operators in managing client information to Requestors for Notice of Commencement of Earthworks (NCE) including site consultation and inspection to ascertain protection of client’s underground assets. We are listed in the following IMDA link.
Services comprise of on ground site surveying of proposed designed routes in considering factor on current major projects on road line reserves, traffic management, occupancies of existing service providers, rooms for installation of duct/manholes.
Ground reports with photos and documentation with recommendations if any.
On behalf of our client, preparation and submission of pre-cons drawing to Authorities for in-principal approval prior to construction/ installation phase.
Follow up with Authorities on return comments if any and provides alternative solution in least concern to our clients.
Services cover preparation of tendering document for contractors but not limiting to the following:

- Tender submission and returns
We cover the Contractual Documentation preparation to awarded contractor on behalf of client.

- Local Authority Liaison
- Change Management
Currently, NGP has secured advance and calibrated testing equipment to cover following testing and commissioning of new/ current network system in the following:
- Insertion Loss
- Optical Return Loss
- Optical Time Domain Reflectometer
- Chromatic Dispersion
- Polarization Mode Dispersion (PMD)
Our services maintain networks audit and update records during progressive and final construction duration not limiting to the following:
- Duct Utilisation
- Fibre Utilisation
- Faults and Resolution
NGP offers a complete and simple but comprehensive handover documentation comprising detailing all aspect of the networks.
Documentations are designed to read with simplicity and in detail and traceability in links.
Assurance of documentation control and maintenance are kept to least simplicity and data are kept to date even networks grows.
NGP will deliver the services by three levels of hardware redundancy of assurance of information is backed up to the minimum with regular scheduled maintenance completed with hard tape backup services.
